Within the Science & Technology syllabus there are only 2 strands:
  1. Content
  2. Processes

However, there are more sub-strands than other KLA's. Sub-strands within Science & Technology are:
  1. Built Environments
  2. Information & Communication
  3. Living Things
  4. Physical Phenomena
  5. Products & Services
  6. Earth & It's Surroundings
  7. Investigating
  8. Designing & Making
  9. Using Technology

All of the sub-strands are required to be covered each year of schooling. Mostly these are covered when integrated in other KLA units.
